Please share only the information needed to understand your request. Do not include Social Security numbers, banking details, or identity documents.
There Is No Charge.
There is no cost to submit a request for assistance.
Support When Available.
When resources are available and assistance is approved, support may include groceries, utilities, transportation, household essentials, and educational needs.
Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance or place you in an active payment queue. We can provide help only when suitable funds or donated resources are available and assistance is approved. We cannot promise funding or help by your deadline. Keeping your request on file does not mean payment is pending. Please submit a brief description only; we will request supporting documents if a specific assistance option requires them.
